current pics of the pedals are in the buy/ sell on my page.... they are a little scratched up from use but religiously greased and maintained.

Hey, you or your bro want my straitline pedals on the cheap... I am going back to clipless, because my knees are really hurting from not clipping in. I have the 5.10's in 10 1/2 I will throw into the deal FREE!!!! They are worn but still look good and do not stink, etc.

If you are interested in some north shore and other cool stuff, there is that around here as well.

This is near Palos as well.

Swallow Cliff is in Palos Hills... kinda close to Palos Forest Preserve. The single track was closed to mtbers like 10 years ago, but I still ride it everyday w/ no problems. I think it is some of the best in the area, because the land was "rolled" by glaciers, which really made like the ideal stomping grounds for good trails. It is close to like archer and lagrange road.

Yeah, I could see that... it was a little big for me as well. oh Well, you will find something else that is well-priced. Remember the Cliff Cat and the Bullet at my friend's shop... they are both great bikes, which would suite you much better. If you get some free time, you and your bro and whoever else should come down this way and ride sometime. The trails are almost perfect at Swallow, and hopefully the rain stays away for awhile, so they stay that way.

Hey my buddy Dawayne has another bike on the cheap at the shop he is trying to sell for another friend... it is an 07 Santa Cruz Bullit, and the thing is perfect.

It is in this dudes albums, but the bike is at my friend's shop here... the bike is awesome. He only wants 1000 for it to recover loss, because he took the bike as part of a deal for another new bike he sold at the shop, but the guy who bought the bike ran low on money, so Dawayne took this in exchange for the 1000 the guy owed him... he is not trying to make money on it, he just wants the original cash owed to him.

Selling the khyber already? too big? what are you getting next? My friend has got a super sweet 07 clif cat w/ all kinds of new stuff on it he is trying to unload for 1000 if you or anyone you know are interested. I can direct you to specs and pics if you are interested. The bike is f'n sweet. He just wants a 1000 but it is worth a hell of a lot more.

I get what you are saying now... you do not know which direction on the frame itself. I know the rear brake runs underneath the rear shock. I do not remember but the rear cable housing might also.

I would have to see it, but more than likely, I would not know either. I have lost a lot of my bike-know-how from just taking it to the shop. What derailleur is it?

Yep, they should be pretty good... I have the 5 lever assemblies now, but I want the adjustment of the 7's.

I just ordered a set for my bike... I am just going to use the lever assemblies though w/ my code calipers and straitline lever blades as well as magura rotors.

Hey what's up man? Anyways, I figured I would share this info with you: Transition is offering up complete 08 Juicy 7 front and back kits for $200... they are trying to unload their stock from last year to make room for the 09 stuff.

cool, I am anxious to see the revealing. If you are buying, check out Cycles-n-sports... Dawayne most likely would price match for you... maybe cut you a deal... business has been slow, due to crappy economy and of course season. Just tell him you are a friend.
